This package covers the whole sequence, in the right order, with every form filed by our partner firm.

A private consultation
We confirm the state, the entity type and what you sell, and tell you exactly what is possible.

The company is formed, the registered agent appointed and the EIN requested. You sign where signatures are needed.

The bank account and the Stripe account are opened on the company. We prepare the file so the review goes through the first time.

You trade
Invoices, cards and payouts run. Annual filings and compliance can follow under one ongoing relationship.

Formation and the EIN take [X to X] business days. The bank and Stripe reviews follow and depend on the institutions, usually [X to X] weeks in total. The price covers the four pieces listed above. Annual tax filings and compliance are separate services and are quoted in writing.
Approvals are decided by the bank and by Stripe, not by us. We prepare the file so the answer is yes as often as possible, and we tell you before you pay if your activity is one they decline.
